For now I can't wait for The World News Kaffe to open at City Center in Las Vegas. Chef Steven K. Jacobson is opening his first restaurant and I can not wait. His menu draft is so yummy, I will have to be there for opening day!

I'm looking forward to trying his Vegetarian: Oven Roasted Portabello Mushrooms, Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables with Artisan Asiago Cheese & Roasted Red Pepper Coulis.
Really can not go wrong with mushrooms.
I think he needs to add a pizza with 7-different types of mushrooms: Portabello, Shiitake, Maitake, Bunashimeji, Enoki, Hiratake, and Matsutake. Doesn't that sound so good? I had one in Shinjuku, Tokyo last December. I don't know the exact mushrooms they used but I do remember 5 of those mushrooms being on the pizza.
